A safety pilot is a rated pilot who helps maintain visual separation from other aircraft, terrain, while you are getting your time, even if you are wearing view limiting devices for the purposes of simulating instrument conditions. Our safety pilots are well experienced pilots, with military background and the appropriate ratings. During the flights you are acting as a PIC and the safety pilot will help you in communication with locals and the other organizational aspects. You can also be advised by them for free.
